We should watch out for signs of depression as we maintain social distancing and stay at home during this period of coronavirus pandemic and lockdown. If you are experiencing worrying thoughts and fear of suffering from Covid-19, restlessness, chestpain, feeling of your heart beats, having trouble in sleeping and worrying about death.
Here is how to reach out for help:

Talk with a close friend or family member you trust.
Call a hotline or helpline and talk to a trained helper.
Schedule an appointment with a professional therapist. Try e-counseling if that sounds more appealing.
Read others’ stories of hope and recovery. Sometimes reading how others have gotten through a difficult time can help you navigate your own tough situation.
